Woman Dies after Fresno Crash on Highway 180 near DeWolf Avenue
Fresno, California (April 11, 2021) – A woman was killed on Saturday traffic accident that left two other people injured in Fresno, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred on April 10, on Highway 180 near DeWolf Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a GMC Yukon was headed east on the 180, approaching DeWolf Avenue, when one of its back tires lost tread and the driver lost control.
The Yukon then went across a grassy median and crashed head-on into an Audi and a sedan. The two cars were headed westbound on the highway.

Sadly, the woman who was operating the Audi was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the GMC and the sedan were hospitalized with major injuries.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
