One Person Killed in Sun Valley Crash on Golden State Freeway near Sunland Boulevard
Sun Valley, California (April 12, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Saturday morning traffic accident that killed one person in Sun Valley.
The deadly accident occurred at about 11:55 a.m., on April 10, on southbound Golden State (5) Freeway at Sunland Boulevard.
First responders arrived at the scene and extricated one person who was trapped in the wreckage. The manner in which the accident occurred is yet to be established.
Sadly, the extricated party was pronounced dead at the scene.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
