1 Injured in West Covina Crash on 10 Freeway and Citrus Street
West Covina, California (September 26, 2019) – One person was injured after a semi-truck crash early Thursday morning in the area of West Covina, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The collision happened at around 2:54 a.m. on eastbound 10 Freeway, just west of Citrus Street.
As per the dispatch, a big rig hit an unknown number of vehicles for reasons still under investigation. One person was pinned inside one of the vehicles following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to one person who suffered a head injury as a result of the crash. The name of the patient and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
