Theodore Puls 48-Year-Old Man Hurt in Porterville Pedestrian Accident on Highway 190 near Jaye Street
Porterville, California (January 14, 2019) – A man was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Porterville on Saturday morning, according to a report by the Porterville Police Department.
The accident happened on Highway 190 near Jaye Street at about 8 a.m. January 12.
Police said Theodore Puls, 48, was walking southbound across Highway 190 when a Ford F-150 made a westbound turn and struck him.
Puls was transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Ford, Javier Barrios, 43, was not hurt in the accident.
The crash investigation is ongoing.
