24-Year-Old Man Killed in Sylmar Crash on Roxford Street near Foothill Boulevard
Sylmar, California (February 21, 2021) – A 24-year-old man was killed in a Sunday morning traffic accident in Sylmar, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 12:10 a.m. on Roxford Street near Foothill Boulevard.
According to the police, a vehicle was headed eastbound on Roxford Street, approaching Foothill Boulevard, when it veered off the roadway and crashed.

Sadly, the 24-year-old man who was a passenger in the car was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle, a 21-year-old man, sustained severe injuries and was also taken to a hospital for treatment. He was taken into custody, and potential charges against him were pending.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
