Man Hospitalized after Fresno Accident near Olive and Hughes Avenues
Fresno, California (February 22, 2021) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle near an intersection in Fresno Sunday evening.
The pedestrian crash occurred at approximately 7:11 p.m., near Olive and Hughes avenues.
As per the Fresno Police Department report, a male party was hit by a vehicle after he walked into its path outside of a crosswalk.
Meanwhile, the involved motorist stopped and cooperated with the investigation.
Fresno Pedestrian Accident Sunday Evening
The pedestrian, in his 40s, sustained unspecified injuries and was rushed to an area hospital for medication.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
