Rider Dies in Sunol Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 680 Between Andrade and Calavera Roads
Sunol, California (July 19, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed Friday in a traffic accident near Sunol, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The fatal crash happened on Interstate 680 between Andrade and Calavera roads.
According to the CHP, the motorcyclist was reportedly splitting lanes on northbound Interstate 680 when he or she crashed into a work truck.

The rider died in the crash. The name of the victim has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
A Sig-Alert was issued blocking the two left lanes of the freeway.
The crash remains under investigation.
