1 Injured in Solano Car Crash on 80 Freeway near 680 Freeway
Solano, California (March 30, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that left at least one person injured in Solano on Monday afternoon.
The accident happened at about 3:13 p.m. along the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 Freeway near 680 Freeway.
The authorities who responded to the incident located two vehicles at the scene of the accident. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
One vehicle reportedly overturned after the crash and one occupant self-extricated from the vehicle.
As per the CHP incident logs, one person was injured in the crash and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
