Simi Valley, California (March 26, 2021) – A Thursday afternoon car crash that happened on a highway in Simi Valley left at least one person with severe injuries, as per the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities received reports of the crash at about 2:51 p.m. on westbound Highway 118 near Madera Road.
First responders found a white Ford Focus and a gray Ford involved in the accident.
Good Samaritans were attempting to help the motorists get out of the vehicles before the first responders arrived.
The report said at least one person was seriously injured in the crash. An ambulance was requested to the scene to help the victim.
