2 Injured in Santa Maria Car Crash on Highway 101 near Cat Canyon Road
Santa Maria, California (January 9, 2019) – The authorities are investigating the cause of a car accident that occurred in Santa Maria on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 11:30 a.m. on Highway 101 near Cat Canyon Road.
The authorities said two vehicles were involved in the collision. Although the manner in which the crash occurred was not immediately established, one of the cars was partially blocking the roadway after the crash.
Two people are reported to have sustained injuries in the collision and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
