Santa Fe Springs, California (April 10, 2020) – A multi-vehicle collision with injuries was reported in Santa Fe Springs on Thursday evening.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at about 9:52 p.m. April 9, along the eastbound lanes of Interstate 105 Freeway near Lakewood Boulevard.

Four vehicles were involved in the accident. Although the events preceding the collision were yet to be established, the impact of the collision sent one of the cars down an embankment.
CHP officials who responded to the incident said the accident resulted in minor injuries.
No additional information was provided.
The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
