Driver Killed, 2 Hurt After 2 Vehicles Crashes at 8th and Broadway Streets in Chico
Chico, California (April 10, 2020) – One person died and two others injured following a two-vehicle collision that happened in the area of Chico early Thursday morning.
The fatal crash was reported at about 5:00 a.m. at the intersection of West Eighth and Broadway streets.
As per the Chico Police Department report, the accident involved two vehicles of unspecified type that collided at the intersection for undisclosed reasons.

Sadly, one of the involved motorists was pronounced deceased at the crash site by fire department officials.
Paramedics responded at the scene and rendered aid to a total of two passengers who suffered unspecified injuries in the wreck.
Meanwhile, the identities of both the deceased and the injured parties have not yet been disclosed to this time.
The wreck resulted in the closure of the westbound lanes on 8th Street near the intersection of Main Street and Broadway for an unknown time.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
