Rider Severely Injured in 880 Freeway Motorcycle Crash near Davis Street Off-Ramp in San Leandro
San Leandro, California (September 26, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a San Leandro motorcycle crash that happened Friday afternoon, leaving one person with severe injuries.
A Harley Davidson motorcycle collided with a gray Dodge Avenger just before 4:00 p.m. on northbound 880 Freeway, just south of Davis Street off-ramp.

CHP said the motorcyclist was splitting lanes, and the car was attempting to change lanes when the accident occurred.
First responders found the motorcyclist conscious and awake, suffering from a broken arm and leg.
The report did not give more details about the crash, but an investigation is ongoing.
