Man Injured in San Francisco Pedestrian Accident on 19th Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard

San Francisco, California (February 9, 2020) – A person was taken to a hospital with major injuries after being hit by a vehicle at an intersection in San Francisco early Sunday morning.

According to San Francisco police, the incident was reported at about 3:15 a.m. on 19th Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard.

Police said an adult man was hit by a red Toyota Prius that was traveling south on 19th Avenue.

The victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.

The involved motorist remained at the scene after the accident.

The San Francisco police are investigating the incident.
