Two Injured in San Diego Motorcycle Crash near University Avenue and Seventh Avenue

San Diego, California (February 8, 2020) – Two people were injured in a crash involving two motorcycles and a car on Friday afternoon in the Hillcrest neighborhood, according to San Diego police.
The crash happened near University Avenue and Seventh Avenue at around 3:25 p.m. February 7.
Police said a 55-year-old man riding a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle and a 45-year-old man riding a 1970 Norton motorcycle were both eastbound on University Avenue when they crashed into a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta that made a left turn from University Avenue onto Seventh Avenue.
2 Injured in San Diego Motorcycle Crash
One rider was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. The other rider was not seriously injured.
The driver of the Jetta, a 27-year-old man, was uninjured in the crash.
The San Diego Police Department is investigating the incident.
