San Clemente Accident on Interstate 5 Freeway near Camino De Estrella Injures 2 Victims
San Clemente, California (December 30, 2020) – Two motorists were Injured following a two-vehicle collision on an interstate in San Clemente Monday morning, December 28th.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash site at about 5:57 a.m. on the Interstate 5 Freeway at Camino De Estrella.
The accident involved a big rig and a dark-colored sedan that crashed for unknown reasons.
Meanwhile, one of the vehicles was reportedly an off-duty fire department employee.
2 Hurt in San Clemente Car Accident
Both drivers, whose names were not immediately established, were hospitalized with unspecified injuries after the wreck.
Officials shut down the HOV and Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the interstate for an unknown time.
The accident remains under active investigation.
