Britni Pavlacky Seriously Injured in DUI Crash on Highway 299 in Trinity County
Britni Pavlacky ID’d as 1 of 2 Injured in Trinity County Crash on Highway 299 near Tucker Hill Road

Trinity County, California (December 29, 2020) – Britni Pavlacky, 25, of Boise, Idaho, has been identified as one of the two persons who were seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Friday in Trinity County, authorities said.
The major injury accident happened on December 25, on Highway 299, west of Tucker Hill Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2006 Honda, driven by Alfred Estrada, 29, of Weaverville, was headed westbound on Highway 299 when it collided with a 2012 Hyundai operated by Pavlacky, who was traveling eastbound on the highway.
Estrada was unable to maintain control of the Honda while negotiating a sweeping right-hand turn. The Honda began to spin and crossed over the double yellow lines into Pavlacky’s pathway, the officials said.
Unfortunately, Pavlacky’s Hyundai crashed into the driver side of the Honda. As a result of the collision, Estrada, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected onto the roadway.
Britni Pavlacky Injured in Highway 99 Crash
Pavlacky sustained major injuries in the accident and was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Redding for treatment.
Estrada, who sustained major injuries, was arrested for DUI. He was later taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
