Sacramento, CA: Traffic Crash on Highway 99 at Fruitridge Road Off-Ramp
Minor Injuries Sustained in Highway 99 Crash at Fruitridge Road Off-Ramp in Sacramento
Sacramento, California (March 10, 2021) – A minor injury car accident happened Tuesday afternoon on a highway in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol said.
Emergency crews responded to southbound Highway 99 at the Fruitridge Road off-ramp just before 5:00 p.m. after receiving reports of the crash.
At the scene, the responders found four vehicles involved in the pileup.
An unknown number of motorists suffered minor injuries in the crash. An ambulance was dispersed to the scene to offer them medical aid. The report did not mention if anyone was hospitalized.
The cause and manner of the crash remained under investigation.
