Minor Injuries Sustained in Sacramento Accident on 80 Freeway near Truxel Road
Sacramento, California (May 2, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision Wednesday evening in the area of Sacramento, according to authorities.
The crash happened at around 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, on eastbound 80 Freeway, just west of Truxel Road off-ramp.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking lane 1 following the crash. The roadway was cleared as of 5:05 p.m.
No additional details concerning this incident were provided.
