Riverside, California (June 28, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Sunday evening traffic accident that left at least one person seriously injured in Riverside.
The major injury head-on collision transpired at about 7:57 p.m., on June 27, on El Sobrante Road near La Sierra Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a semi-truck was traveling on the roadway when, for unknown reasons, it collided head-on with a pickup truck.
Following the collision, one of the vehicles reportedly veered off the roadway and into the ravine.
