Palmdale Man Dies, Woman Injured in Lancaster Crash on 30th Street West and West Avenue M-4

Lancaster, California (April 26, 2021) – A single-vehicle crash has claimed the life of a 19-year-old Palmdale man Sunday morning in Lancaster and left an 18-year-old Palmdale woman seriously injured, authorities said.
The deadly accident happened at about 9:50 a.m. Sunday, April 25, at the intersection of 30th Street West and West Avenue M-4.
According to the authorities, the driver of a 2004 Infiniti lost control and drifted to the right.
The vehicle then rolled over and came to rest on the dirt shoulder of the road.
As the Infiniti was overturning, the two Palmdale residents were ejected from the vehicle.
Deadly Car Crash on 30th Street West in Lancaster
The two were transported to a nearby trauma center, where the man later died from his injuries. The woman had major injuries.
The identities of the victims have not been released.
Investigators said neither alcohol nor drugs were factors in the collision.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
