Palermo, California (July 23, 2021) – One person was taken to the hospital after two vehicles collided Thursday afternoon in Palermo, the California Highway Patrol said.
The minor injury crash involving a white Chevrolet S10 pickup truck and a Nissan Versa took place on Honcut Highway near South Villa Avenue at approximately 1:47 p.m. on July 22.
Although it was not immediately established how the collision occurred in the afternoon hours, the Chevrolet S10 pickup truck rolled over onto its side upon the impact.
Palermo 2-Vehicle Accident
As per the report, the accident resulted in minor injuries. One of the injured victims was rushed to Oroville Hospital for medication.
Additionally, both vehicles acquired major damages and required tow trucks.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
