Oakland, California (July 8, 2020) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision that occurred in Oakland on Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 4:50 a.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate 580 Freeway near Edwards Avenue.
The authorities who responded to the incident found a pickup truck and a sedan at the scene of the accident. The manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established. The pickup truck, however, is reported to have sustained major front-end damage.
