Driver Hospitalized after Novato Crash on Highway 101 near Atherton Avenue
Novato, California (February 9, 2019) – A driver was hospitalized after a traffic collision Friday evening in Novato, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The collision happened at around 6:16 p.m. Friday, February 8, on Highway 101, just north of Atherton Avenue.
As per the report, a red Toyota Corolla and a gold Lexus crashed for reasons still under investigation.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to attend the injured parties. The Lexus driver complained of pain and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is underway.
