Minor Injuries Sustained in Sacramento Accident on Highway 50 near Watt Avenue
Sacramento, California (February 9, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a traffic collision Friday afternoon in Sacramento, according to authorities.
The collision happened at around 12:39 p.m. Friday, February 8, on westbound Highway 50 and Watt Avenue off-ramp.
As per the officials, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. The vehicles were blocking the northbound lanes following the crash.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional details regarding the collision were provided.
