1 Hospitalized after Newcastle Car Collision on Taylor Road On-Ramp to 80 Freeway
Newcastle, California (July 2, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a traffic crash that happened Monday afternoon in Newcastle, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at about 4:52 p.m. on Taylor Road on-ramp to westbound 80 Freeway.
Authorities said a gray Chevrolet Captiva and another car were involved in the collision. The cause of the crash was not mentioned.
One person who complained of pain was transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for treatment.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene with crash damage.
CHP is investigating the accident.
