Sacramento, California (July 2, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained in a traffic collision that occurred Monday afternoon in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.

According to the CHP report, the incident happened at about 2:49 p.m. on southbound 5 Freeway at the Airport Boulevard off-ramp.

The crash, which involved multiple vehicles, left an unknown number of parties with minor injuries. An ambulance responded to the scene to help the victims.

Tow trucks were requested to clear the roadway.
