Nathaniel Jones ID’d as Driver Killed in Amboy Car Crash on Interstate 40 near Kelbaker Road
Amboy, California (January 29, 2021) – The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner has identified the driver who died following a Tuesday traffic accident in Amboy as Nathaniel Jones, 26, of Bullhead City, Arizona.
The deadly single-vehicle crash took place on Interstate 40, approximately one mile east of Kelbaker Road on January 26.
A 2003 Ford F150 pickup reportedly crashed on the interstate. Details on what led up to the accident at this time are unknown.
Jones, who was the driver of the pickup, was declared dead at the scene.
No further details about the crash were immediately provided.
The accident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol- Needles office.
