Natalie Wohlford Killed in Rollover Crash on 8 Freeway at 8 Freeway in Midway District
San Diego, California (March 29, 2021) – 23-year-old Natalie Wohlford has been identified as the woman who was killed in a rollover car crash in the Midway District area of San Diego last week Thursday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened along Interstate 8 Freeway near the transition to southbound Interstate 5 shortly before midnight.
Wohlford was driving a car eastbound on 8 Freeway and was attempting to transition to 5 Freeway when she lost control and went down an embankment, rolled and hit a cement pole.
Wohlford, a resident of Chula Vista, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A male passenger in the vehicle was transported to an area hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
