61-Year-Old Man Killed in Morgan Hill Crash on Highway 101 at Coyote Creek Golf Drive
Morgan Hill, California (December 22, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Monday afternoon rollover crash that killed a 61-year-old man in Morgan Hill.
The deadly single-vehicle accident happened at about 12:25 p.m. on southbound Highway 101 at Coyote Creek Golf Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by the man, was traveling at an unknown speed when it veered off the roadway and crashed into a ditch in the center median.
As a result of the collision, the Chevrolet overturned, struck a metal guardrail before it came to a rest on its wheels, the officials said.

Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was not clear if drugs or alcohol were factors in the mishap.
The crash remains under investigation.
