Stanislaus County, California (April 5, 2021) – A man died after being struck by a car near Modesto in Stanislaus County on Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened along the southbound lanes of Highway 99 near Highway 219 at about 2:30 a.m. April 3.
An SUV was traveling on the highway when it struck a 59-year-old man in the no. 3 lane.
The pedestrian was reportedly struck by two other vehicles.
The unidentified man was killed in the crash.
