3 Injured in Lucerne Valley Crash on SR 18 near Willow Wells Avenue

Lucerne Valley, California (July 3, 2021) – Three people were injured in a crash between two vehicles in Lucerne Valley on Saturday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred on SR 18 near Willow Wells Avenue at around 2:42 p.m.
CHP said a red 4-door Toyota sedan was t-boned by a motorhome. Both vehicles sustained major damage following the crash.
3 Hurt in Lucerne Valley Collision on SR 18
Three people were trapped in the wreckage and were rescued by the firefighters.
CHP said three people, including an infant, were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center by ambulance. The extent of their injuries were not immediately released.
The accident is under investigation.
