Livingston, CA: Big Rig Accident on Highway 99 at Sultana Drive
At Least 1 Injured in Livingston Crash on Highway 99 at Sultana Drive
Livingston, California (February 5, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a big rig collision Tuesday morning in the area of Livingston, according to a local news source.
The collision happened at around 10:58 a.m. Tuesday, on Highway 99 at Sultana Drive on-ramp.
As per the report, a driver in a gray Jeep Liberty SUV crashed with a chrome semi-tractor trailer truck for unknown reasons. One of the vehicles was missing its front axle following the crash.
Responding firefighters along with paramedics attended to at least one person who suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision. The total number of victims and their current condition was not immediately available.
Valley Towing was requested to the scene to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is underway.
