Man Killed, Katya Garcia-Ayala Arrested after Fullerton Pedestrian Crash on Harbor Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue
Fullerton, California (July 8, 2021) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash that occurred in Fullerton on Thursday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident happened on Harbor Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue at around 3:30 a.m.
Authorities said a man was found lying in the road with major injuries after being hit by a vehicle.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Shortly after, police located a white Ford sedan believed to be involved in the accident. The driver, identified as Katya Gladys Garcia-Ayala, 24, of Tustin, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run.
Police are investigating the incident.
