Grisol Ramirez Killed in West Covina Car Accident on I-10 near Holt Avenue
Los Angeles, California (January 6, 2018) – A woman died after being struck by a car in West Covina, Los Angeles, on Saturday night, January 5.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident occurred at about 11:30 p.m. on the 10 Freeway near Holt Avenue.
The authorities said Jesus Angel Reyes had been driving a Honda Civic when the car hydroplaned on the muddy freeway and crashed into the center divider.
22-year-old Grisol Lupita Ramirez of Pomona who was a passenger in the car exited the car and was struck by a passing vehicle.
Ramirez was killed in the collision.
The vehicle that struck Ramirez did not stop at the scene.
Several other vehicles were involved in the freeway crash.
