Geordon Pollette Killed in Temecula Accident on Highway 79 near Anza Road
Temecula, California (January 4, 2020) – 23-year-old Geordon Pollette of Aguanga has been identified as the man killed after a fiery traffic collision early Friday morning in Temecula, according to authorities.
The deadly collision happened at about 12:25 a.m. Friday, January 3, on Highway 79 near Anza Road.
As per the CHP officials, a red Toyota and a Mitsubishi Lancer crashed for unknown reasons. The impact caused the Mitsubishi Lancer to burst into flames, and its occupants were pinned inside the burning vehicle.
Authorities declared Pollette dead as a result of the collision. Two other persons suffered severe injuries and were hospitalized.
Authorities closed Highway 79 to give way to a clearing and an on-scene investigation.
