Woman Hospitalized after Gaviota Pedestrian Accident on Highway 101
Gaviota, California (January 27, 2021) – A woman was hit and seriously injured by a semi-truck on Wednesday afternoon in the Tajiguas area, Gaviota, authorities said.
The major injury pedestrian accident happened at about 2:20 p.m. on Highway 101 along the Gaviota Coast.
According to the officials, the woman was struck by a southbound semi-truck after she pulled over to the side of the highway and got out of her vehicle.

The woman was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
