Francisco Lazaro Fatal Head-On Crash on Cajalco Road in Perris
Francisco Lazaro ID’d as One of Four Killed in Perris Car Crash on Cajalco Road and Harley John Road
Perris, California (March 17, 2019) – Authorities have identified one of the four people who were killed Saturday morning in a head-on collision in Perris as Francisco Lazaro, 56, of Perris.
The fatal accident occurred at about 5:15 a.m. Saturday, March 16 on Cajalco Road and Harley John Road.
The California Highway Patrol said a GMC Sierra driven by Lazaro, collided head-on with a Chevy Avalanche for an unknown reason on Cajalco Road.

Lazaro was declared dead at the scene while his passenger, a woman in her 50s, was transported to a local hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Both passengers inside the Chevy were also declared dead at the crash site.
The identities of the other deceased victims have not been disclosed.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
