1 Injured in Florin Hit-and-Run Accident on Scottsdale Drive near Power Inn Road Monday night
Florin, California (March 17, 2021) – A person was injured Monday night in an alleged hit-and-run accident in Florin, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 8:25 p.m. Monday, March 15, in the 8111 block of Scottsdale Drive near Power Inn Road, in front of the Power Mart.
The CHP said a Honda collided with a Dodge Challenger on Scottsdale Drive for unknown reasons.
One Hospitalized after Florin Hit-and-Run Accident, March 15
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and provided medical aid to one person who was injured in the accident. The patient was then taken to Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center in an unknown condition.
One involved driver fled the scene after the crash. There were no descriptions of the suspect’s vehicle or driver.
Police are still searching for the hit-and-run driver.
Scottsdale Drive was closed while the authorities conduct an investigation.
