Fallbrook, California (February 5, 2019) – A pedestrian sustained injuries after being hit by a vehicle Tuesday morning at an intersection in Fallbrook, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident took place at around 9:52 a.m. at the intersection of Main Avenue and Aviation Road.
