Davis, California (June 7, 2019) – Two people were injured Thursday night when a small plane crash-landed near the southeastern edge of Davis, authorities said.
The crash happened at around 7:45 p.m. Thursday, June 6 on county land near Montgomery Avenue and Willowbank Road.
According to the authorities, the plane, a fixed-wing, two-seat aircraft, crashed for reasons still under investigation. It was immediately unclear where the aircraft had come from or where it was headed.

Two people suffered minor injuries in the wreck. Their names and current condition remained unknown.
Further details were not immediately available, and the crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
