David Ramirez Killed in Chula Vista Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 5 near J Street
Chula Vista, California (February 4, 2020) – David Ramirez, 23, an Army veteran, has been identified as the man who was killed in a wrong-way traffic accident that happened on Saturday morning in Chula Vista, according to a local news source.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred on southbound Interstate 5 near J Street and Bay Boulevard at around 5:00 a.m. February 1.
The accident involved a vehicle that was heading north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5. The vehicle collided with several other vehicles.

Sadly, Ramirez and an unidentified woman were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two other people were taken to UC San Diego Medical Center with major injuries.
