Major Injuries Sustained in Davenport Car Collision on Highway 1 at Scott Creek Beach
Davenport, California (September 9, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash that occurred Sunday afternoon on a highway in Davenport, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident transpired at approximately 3:26 p.m. on southbound Highway 1 at Scott Creek Beach.
A Ford Transit van and three other cars were involved in the collision.
At least one person sustained a major head injury and required an ambulance to take them to the hospital.
The van was towed away with a broken right rear tire.
CHP is investigating the collision.
