One Driver Killed in Crescent City Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101
Crescent City, California (April 6, 2019) – A driver was killed in a collision between two vehicles in Crescent City on Friday morning, according to the CHP.
The wreck happened at about 7:05 a.m. April 5, on Highway 101.
CHP said a Subaru was traveling northbound on Highway 101 when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle swerved into the southbound lanes and collided with a Ford F-150. The impact pushed the Subaru off the side of the road and it crashed into trees.
One Killed in Crescent City Two-Vehicle Collision
The driver of the Subaru was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her identity was not immediately released.
The driver of the Ford was not injured in the collision.
The Crescent City CHP is investigating the incident.
