Cardiff, California (February 23, 2020) – Authorities are investigating the cause of a fatal pedestrian accident that took place in the area of Cardiff at about 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
According to a local news source report, the fatal pedestrian collision happened on Saturday evening along Interstate 5 near the Birmingham Drive off-ramp.
As per the report, a male party was crossing northbound Interstate 5 when a vehicle of unspecified built struck him.

Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the identity of the deceased has not yet been released to this time.

The crash resulted in the closure of three lanes of the interstate up to approximately 9:00 p.m.
