1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Buena Park Crash on 5 Freeway near Beach Boulevard

Buena Park, California (June 13, 2021) – One person was sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle pileup that transpired Sunday morning in Buena Park, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported at about 10:20 a.m. on northbound 5 Freeway, just south of Beach Boulevard.
Firefighters responded to the scene to find three vehicles involved in the wreck.
The firefighters blocked the HOV lane as they helped the involved motorists.
One person was transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.
At the time of the report, authorities had not yet established the cause of the crash, but an investigation is in progress.
