Altadena, CA: 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 118 at San Fernando Road
1 Injured in Altadena Car Accident on Highway 118 at San Fernando Road
Altadena, California (December 22, 2019) – One person was injured Friday night in a two-vehicle crash in Altadena, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 10:40 p.m. Friday, December 13 on Highway 118 at the San Fernando Road exit.
The CHP said a Chevrolet El Camino and a Honda Accord collided on the westbound lanes of the highway for an unknown reason. One of the vehicles involved went down the embankment as a result of the crash.

Paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical aid to one person who was bleeding from their mouth. The extent of the patient’s injuries was not immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
