Rosie Figueroa Killed in DUI Crash on Davis Road in Salinas
Rosie Figueroa ID’d as Woman Killed in Salinas Car Accident on Davis Road

Salinas, California (December 22, 2019) – Authorities have identified the woman who was killed Friday night in an alleged DUI crash in Salinas as Rosie Figueroa, 38.
The deadly crash happened Friday, December 20 on Davis Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Figueroa was driving a 2012 Toyota Camry northbound on Davis Road when for an unknown reason, the Camry was hit from the back by a 2015 Mazda 6 driven by Jacques Clarke, 18.
The force of the impact caused the Camry to spin out of control and struck a large tree before it overturned.
Figueroa was declared deceased at the scene and her female passenger was transported to Natividad Hospital with major injuries.
Jacques Clarke Arrested Following Fatal Crash in Salinas
Authorities said Clarke was booked into the Monterey County Jail for DUI causing great bodily and vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. His bail was set at $200,000.
The accident remains under investigation.
