Zack Coulter Killed, 2 Injured in Car Accident on Albers Road near Warnerville Road in Oakdale
Oakdale, California (September 18, 2019) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a man who was killed in a car accident in Oakdale last week Friday.
According to a local news source, the fatal accident happened at about 6 a.m. September 13, on Albers Road near Warnerville Road.
As per the report, 26-year-old Zack Coulter of Delhi was driving a Honda northbound on the roadway when he collided with a Saturn.

The impact of the collision sent the Honda into the southbound lanes where it collided head-on with a Ford.
Coulter was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ford driver sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Saturn is reported to have suffered minor injuries in the crash.
