At Least 1 Injured in Woodland Crash on Highway 50 and River Road
Woodland, California (July 17, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a semi-truck collision Wednesday morning in the area of Woodland, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 7:41 a.m. Wednesday, on eastbound Highway 50, just east of River Road on-ramp.
As per the CHP officials, a semi-truck and another car crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to one party who complained of pain as a result of the crash. The names of the injured parties and their current condition were not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking two right lanes following the crash. The roadway was cleared as of 8:07 a.m.
No additional details concerning this crash were provided.
An investigation is underway.
